March 7, 2011. It was announced today that the string quartet zenit (2010) by Rozalie Hirs has been selected for Toonzetters 2011 as “one of the most beautiful ten pieces of 2010”. The piece will be performed on June 22, 2011 during the Toonzetters concert at the Muziekgebouw aan ‘t IJ, Amsterdam.
