On Friday, 30 January 2026 at 7:30 PM, the Dichtersmarathon (Poets’ Marathon) 2026 takes place at Perdu in Amsterdam. The concept of the Dichtersmarathon is simple and powerful: thirty poets each give a reading of up to five minutes, presenting three poems—two of their own and one by an international poet with whom they share a special literary connection. The evening is curated by Asha Karami and Lars Meijer.
