On 30 October 2015 at 20:30 CET the Flemish literary magazine Dietsche Warande & Belfort (DW B) presents its new issue, curated by Maud VanHauwaert on the theme of impossible screenplays. With work by Delphine Lecompte, Frank Keizers, Dick Tuinder, among others.
Part of the current issue is the new poem ‘atlantis &’ (2015) by Rozalie Hirs, that she originally wrote as a libretto for her eponymous musical work atlantis ampersand (2015), a commission of Holland Festival. During the presentation of the literary magazine Hirs’ poem receives a brandnew theatrical performance by Theatertroep (see the photographs above and below for the new theatrical interpretation of Hirs’ ‘atlantis &’ by Theatertroep).
