From 4 October until 24 November 2024, the museum installation The Case for a small Language Network (2024), which visual artist Richard Vijgen made in collaboration with Rozalie Hirs, based on her poetry book oneindige zin (infinite sense, 2021), is exhibited at MU, Eindhoven. The installation came about with financial support from Het Letterenfonds and the Stimuleringsfonds Creatieve industrie.
The installation is part of the exhibition The Poetics of Prompting (working title) on art and artificial intelligence. MU, known in full as MU Hybrid Art House, is a contemporary art gallery for (inter)national and emerging talent in a former Philips factory at Strijp-S, Eindhoven. It focuses mainly on the near past and the (unpredictable) future, with a nod to Eindhoven’s history of innovation and technology.
