On 19 May 2006 at 15:00, Margot Dijkgraaf opens the International Literature Festival Amsterdam at the Public Library on Prinsengracht, Amsterdam. The following guest authors read from their own work: Tsead Bruinja, Anneke Claus, Daniël Dee, F. van Dixhoorn, Tom Johnson, David Mitchell, Hélèna Villovitch, Rozalie Hirs. During the following days, the authors will perform in various programmes at De Balie and other venues in the city centre.
