On 20 December 2007, the electroacoustic music composition Pulsars (2006-07) by Rozalie Hirs receives the designation ‘Recommended Work’ at the 11th International Rostrum of Electroacoustic Music in Lisbon, Portugal. The composition Pulsars (2006) on own lyrics was commissioned by Armeno Albers/ Café Sonore/ VPRO Radio and released by Attacca Records on the eponymous CD Pulsars (2010).
