From 7 November 2014 onwards the Curvices music and poetry app is a permanent virtual installation at De Citadel in Den Bosch, The Netherlands. The app is available as a free download for iOS (iPhone and iPad) or Android (all other phones and tablets) or through scanning the OR code below. The site is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00-17:00. The app is loation specific and only works when present on the grounds of De Citadel in Den Bosch, The Netherlands.
Curvices (2013) is a digital application, a virtual poetry and sound installation for mobile devices, based on the poetry book Curvices and Musicles by Rozalie Hirs (music, poetry, voice), Cox & Grusenmeyer (design, animations), Yvan Vander Sanden (software design, realisation), and Machiel Spaan (spatial design).
Adapted for De Citadel, Den Bosch, The Netherlands, at the kind invitation by November Music, 2014. Commissioned by Klankenbos / Musica, Neerpelt, Belgium, 2013. With financial support from a Composition Stipend 2012-2013 from Fonds Podiumkunsten.
