On 21 January 2024 at 14:30 CET, the Hague Literature Prizes are awarded at the Royal Theatre, The Hague. Three important Hague Literature Prizes go to Tomas Lieske, Rozalie Hirs and Tjibbe Veldkamp today. The festive presentation takes place during the International Literature Festival Writers Unlimited. Host of the event is Mirjam van Hengel.

Prior to the presentation, the Dutch writer Remco Campert is remembered with performances by Ellen ten Damme, Kees van Kooten, Alma Mathijsen, Corrie van Binsbergen and Benjamin Herman. The concert is organised by the Literature Museum and International Literature Festival Writers Unlimited. Jet Steinz is programme director.

Rozalie Hirs (1965) receives the Jan Campert Prize 2023, the annual prize for poetry, for her poetry book ecologica.
