On Monday 9 December 2019 at 20:15 CET Ronan Gil de Morais plays 40 Jahre Sixxen, a concert featuring the sixxen, a set of six metal mallet instruments, originally conceived by Iannis Xenakis for the movement Métaux of his composition Pléïades (1979). The concert, consisting of the performance of a selection of compositions for this special set of instruments, includes Venus [morning star] (2010) by Rozalie Hirs, and Métaux by Xenakis.
